Through 6 tests according to physical fitness assessment standards for female students of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province, it was found that the general physical fitness of female students was mostly at an average level, with achievement among students and between indicators is uneven and not comprehensive. From the current situation, it is extremely necessary to choose general physical development exercises for female students.
