This study analyzes the current situation of vocational training institutions to assess the level of readiness and capability to apply digital technology in teaching and learning. Furthermore, the research will identify specific objectives that vocational universities need to achieve through digital transformation, such as improving the quality of education and enhancing student engagement. Proposing specific methods and tools for implementing digital transformation will be an integral part of this study, including investment in technology infrastructure, training and capacity building for faculty and staff, as well as developing content and teaching methods based on technology.
