Choosing a suitable coursebook is one of the most important factors to contribute to the success of any language courses in general and an English course in particular. A coursebook with an attractive layout, logically designed content to meet the need of the learners as well as the objectives of the course will definitely motivate and facilitate the process of teaching and learning. In order to decide whether a course book is the best choice for a course, coursebook evaluation is an indispensable task for the teacher. This paper focuses on the evaluation of Unlock Reading and Writing Skills 3 by Carolyn Westbrook, CUP in teaching B1 English level to students at Hanoi National University.
