Establishing happy schools in high schools is a crucial goal that contributes to enhancing education quality. This article evaluates the influencing factors affecting the management of happy school development activities in Ho Chi Minh City high schools. Employing a survey method using questionnaires, interviews, and statistical data analysis, the study surveyed 80 school administrators, teachers, staff, and 406 students at four high schools in District 5, HCMC. The findings reveal that all examined factors exert a significant impact, directly influencing the effectiveness of happy school development activity management.
