Luật Giáo dục Đại học được Quốc hội khóa XII thông qua lần đầu tiên2012. Luật được sửa đổi, bổ sung năm 2013, 2014, 2015(sau đây gọi là Luật GDĐH2012/2013, 2014/2015). Ngày 19/11/2018, tại kỳ họp thứ 6 Quốc hội khóa XIV đãthông qua Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Giáo dục đại học (sau đâygọi là Luật GDĐH 2018). Ngày 03/12/2018, Chủ tịch nước đã ký Lệnh số 13/2018/LCTN công bố và Luật GDĐH 2018 có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/07/2019. Bài viết giới thiệu một số nội dung mới cần chú ý của Luật nàyThe Law on Higher Education was passed for the first time by the 12thNational Assembly in 2012. The Law was amended and supplemented in 2013, 2014, 2015(hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Law 2012/2013 and 2014/2015).On November 19th, 2008, at the 6thsession of the XIV National Assembly, theLaw on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Higher EducationLaw (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Law 2018) was adopted. OnDecember 3rd, 2008, the President signed the Order No. 13/2018/L-CTN to announcethe Higher Education Law 2018,which took effect from July 1st, 2019. The articleintroduces some new contents of the law to be noted.
