Starting from the practice of recruiting students and providing certification training for learners, there are still many issues that need to be resolved between learner needs, trust, selection of training facilities, and competition between providers, training facilities lead to difficulties in recruiting students and opening classes, requiring improved efficiency in enrollment work to achieve optimal results. The article focuses on analyzing the shortcomings in the recruitment process for teacher training programs at An Giang University – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, thereby proposing improvement measures.
