Human resource management is the key to providing high quality educational services to learners. The success of an educational organization depends on the quality, commitment and capacity of the personnel working in the organization. However, human resource management is also the most challenging and difficult activity compared to managing other resources such as finance, science and technology or facilities. Therefore, for effective human resource management, reviewing and evaluating impact factors is decisive. Based on analysis of theoretical and practical research, the article focuses on clarifying factors affecting human resource management in the current context of autonomy.
