Các tỉnh trong vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long (ĐBSCL) đã và đang phải đối mặt với tác động ngày càng mạnh mẽ của biến đổi khí hậu (BĐKH). Biểu hiện rõ nét là nhiệt độ tăng cao, hạn hán khốc liệt, xâm nhập mặn diễn ra thường xuyên, triều cường và sạt lở bờ sông, bờ biển diễn biến phức tạp, điều đó ảnh hưởng đến công tác quy hoạch, kiến trúc, xây dựng, công tác an sinh xã hội, đặc biệt ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến đời sống, sinh hoạt của cư dân nơi đây. Hằng năm chính quyền và nhân dân trong vùng đã phải tiêu tốn rất nhiều công sức và tài chính để khắc phục những vấn đề bất lợi mà thiên nhiên gây nên. Do vậy, cần đưa ra được giải pháp căn cơ mang tính bền vững, đồng bộ và lâu dài cho các vùng dân cư ĐBSCL một môi trường sống ổn định và phát triển bền vững. Bài báo đã nghiên cứu một số nội dung mang tính lập luận khoa học với những đề xuất giải pháp quy hoạch, kiến trúc thích ứng với BĐKH cho vùng ĐBSCL. môi trường…The provinces in the Mekong Delta (Mekong DELTA) have been faced with the increasingly powerful impact of climate change. Apparent expression is the rising temperature, fierce drought, saline intrusion taking place regularly, the tide and the river landslide, the complicated coastline, which greatly influences the unstable life of the population on planning work, architecture, construction, manufacturing, living life and social security work. The annual State and people of this influence have to spend a lot of effort and finances to overcome the adverse problems that nature brings. However, it has yet to offer a long-lasting, sustainable base solution. So the topic would like to contribute a number of scientific reasoning issues and propose some specific measures. Hopefully in the earliest time we will get the solution in sync, soon created for the area of Mekong Delta a stable and sustainable development habitat. Keywords: Planning
