After being recognized for quality twice, the educational institution has made significant progress in ensuring and improving the quality of training and services of Vietnam Aviation Academy. However, due to subjective and objective reasons, the Academy's self-assessment of quality is still formal and of low value. More importantly, the Academy's managers, teachers, and staff are still quite confused and encounter many difficulties in the process of implementing the self-assessment work. The article presents methods for managing educational activities in a scientific and rigorous manner, more suitable to the actual conditions and development strategies of the Academy's educational quality.
