 This study proposes measures to manage club activities in primary schools in Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi city according to the participation approach. A total of 30 administrators and 90 teachers from 3 primary schools in Hai Ba Trung district participated in the study through survey responses and in-depth interviews. Research results show that the majority of administrators and teachers believe that the organization of club activities and the management of club activities follow the participation approach of primary schools in the area during the school years. Through initial steps, certain results have been achieved. In particular, planning and organizing club activities with the active participation of educational forces in the school. Diverse forms of organizing club activities have attracted the active participation of elementary school students. However, the organization and management of club activities for elementary school students according to the participation approach still reveals some limitations in both the level and implementation results in the organization and instruction stages. implementation direction
