The management of teaching Mathematics activities in high schools towards developing students’ qualities and competencies is crucial for determining the quality and effectiveness of Mathematics education, significantly contributing to achieving the education reform goals at the high school level. Systematic and thorough research is necessary to ensure that the management of Mathematics teaching in high schools is scientific, practical, and effective. This article presents several management measures for teaching Mathematics activities in high schools in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, aimed at developing students’ qualities and competencies.
