Based on a survey of 150 managers and teachers of 8 preschools in Le Chan district, Hai Phong City
the article presents the results of research on the current status of implementation of management content including management to implement goals, management to implement content, management to use methods, management to use organizational forms, managing and evaluating results, managing conditions to ensure the implementation of self-service skills education for preschool childrens in the direction of coordination between preschool and family at preschools in Le Chan district, Hai Phong city. The results show that the management content is generally evaluated at a good level. The research results are a practical basis for proposing measures to improve the quality of these activities in preschools.
