The Natural Science program at the middle school specifically outlines the objectives and requirements of the comprehensive program, while emphasizing several key points: integrated teaching, inheritance and development, comprehensive education, combining theory with practice, and alignment with practical aspects in Vietnam. Among these, the perspective of integrating theory with practice highlights the importance of practical ability for students. Therefore, teachers need to effectively utilize the teaching content to design lessons that enhance these skills. In this article, we focus on developing a process for designing lesson plans for the Heat section (Natural Science 8) with an emphasis on developing practical skills for students.
