Vovinam was developed from traditional Vietnamese martial arts, which have been developed worldwide. It is a very effective sport in physical training, enhancing self-defense skills and other skills life, especially for students. Reality shows that although students’ need to practice Vovinam is quite large, the development of the practice movement is not commensurate with the above needs. Through researching the topic, 07 effective solutions have been selected, ensuring scientific quality. If applied, they will well develop the Vovinam practice movement in schools in particular and people in general.
