In recent times, the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic have led educational institutions nationwide, including Hanoi Procuratorate University, to shift from in-person to online teaching. Online teaching has proven to be a beneficial solution during this period
however, it inevitably presents certain challenges and difficulties that require timely adjustments to help learners easily adapt and engage with this mode of learning. Within the scope of this article, the author will discuss several remedial solutions that have been tested to effectively create interest in online English classes for students at Hanoi Procuratorate University.
