A cross-sectional descriptive survey on 100 people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease receiving outpatients at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital in Hai Phong aims to describe the current status of dietary intake of patients. The study period was from December 2021 to June 2022. The dietary intake of patients was assessed by questioning and recording methods in the past 24 hours. Research results show that: The average dietary energy was 1770,2 ± 485,8 kcal/day, 26% higher than the recommended daily requirement.
