In the realm of contemporary education, blended learning has emerged as a crucial approach for teaching soft skills. This paper explores the implementation of blended learning in teaching soft skills to 2469 students of the 73rd cohort at the University of Transport Technology. Conducted across 53 classes, the study collects and analyzes students’ academic performance to assess the effectiveness of this method. Results show that blended learning enhances student engagement, satisfaction, and academic achievement. The paper concludes with recommendations for broader adoption of blended learning techniques in the curriculum at the University of Transport Technology.
