In this paper, we successfully fabricated a Zn-Ni alloy electroplating layer reinforced with graphen material. The graphen material used in the Zn-Ni alloy electroplating layer was produced through the liquid-phase exfoliation method from graphit material. With different graphen reinforcement ratios, the research results show that the optimal graphen reinforcement ratio is 0.4 g/l in the Zn-Ni electroplating layer. Compared to conventional Zn-Ni electroplating, the hardness increased by 145% and wear resistance improved by 7.92 times. This fabrication process has several advantages, including simplicity, stable quality, high applicability, and does not require any surface modification steps.
