As society becomes more and more developed, the diversification of types of higher education will lead to concerns for parents in the process of choosing a school for their children. Therefore, at the same time as developing quality assurance and accreditation activities, universities in Vietnam pay more attention to building and developing organizational culture. The article summarizes the theoretical basis of culture related to universities, the current cultural status of Thai Binh University, thereby proposing a solution to sustainably develop the organizational culture of the school.
