Higher education in the current context presents many issues that need attention. Most importantly, the quality of education must meet the demands of the current labor market. Particularly, there is an urgent need for high-quality human resources across all sectors and professions. Therefore, to ensure that graduates can find jobs that match their specialties, teaching and learning at universities must adapt to current practical needs. Achieving this requires various mechanisms and policies that allow universities to be autonomous and find their own direction. Only when higher education develops will the quality of human resources be assured.
