Đại dịch Covid 19 ảnh hưởng toàn diệnđến kinh tế xã hội của đất nước nhưng nó đã tácđộng như thế nào đến một đối tượng hết sức nhạycảm là giảng viên các trường đại học nói chung vàTrường Đại học Kinh tế Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp nóiriêng? Nghiên cứu này sử dụng 04 phương phápnghiên cứu thường quy trong đó có phương phápphân tích và tổng hợp tài liệu, chuyên gia, điềutra xã hội học và trắc nghiệm tâm lý với mục đíchđánh giá toàn diện tác động của đại dịch Covid -19 đến giảng viên, đồng thời tập trung đánh giánhững ảnh hưởng đó tác động đến sức khỏe tâmthần của giảng viên như thế nào.Kết quả cho thấy 2/3 số giảng viên sức khỏe tinhthần bị ảnh hưởng
90,4% xuất hiện một hoặcnhiều tình trạng tâm lý. Về sức khỏe tâm thần có24,7% mắc bệnh lo âu, 19,2% mắc chứng trầmcảm và 15,1% mắc stress từ nhẹ đến rất nặng. Giớitính Nam mắc chứng lo âu và Stress cao hơn nữ,nhưng mức độ trầm cảm tương đương nhau rơi vàođộ tuổi từ 33-54 có thu nhập dưới 10 triệu và phảichăm sóc từ 2-4 người.Đây là những con số đáng báo động để nhà trườngcó giải pháp hạn chế ảnh hưởng tiêu cực của đạidịch đến sức khỏe tâm thần cho giảng viênThe Covid-19 pandemic hascomprehensively affected the country’s socioeconomics,buthowhasitaffecteda verysensitive audience, lecturers of universities in generaland the University of Economics - Technologyfor Industries in particular? This study uses04 conventional research methods, includingdocument analysis and synthesis, experts,sociological investigation, and psychologicaltests, to comprehensively assess the impact of theCovid-19 pandemic on lecturers, and at the sametime focus on assessing how those effects affect themental health of lecturers. The results show thattwo-thirds of lecturers’ mental health is affected:90.4% had one or more psychological conditions.Regarding mental health, 24.7% suffered fromanxiety, 19.2% suffered from depression, and15.1% suffered from mild to severe stress. Themale gender has higher anxiety and stress than thefemale, but the same level of depression falls in theage group from 33-54 with an income of less than10 million and has to take care of 2-4 people. Theseare alarming numbers for the university board tohave solutions to limit the negative impacts of thepandemic on lecturers’ mental health.
