Hiện nay, số lượng các vụ án ma túy ngày càng gia tăng về tính chất, mức độ gây ra các khó khăn thách thức cho Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra- Bộ Công an và Viện kiểm sát nhân dân tối cao trong quá trình giải quyết án ma túy. Vì nhiều lý do khách quan và chủ quan, thực trạng công tác phối hợp giữa hai đơn vị vẫn luôn tồn tại nhiều hạn chế và bất cập, hiện tượng trả hồ sơ để điều tra bổ sung vì thiếu chứng cứ ngày càng phổ biến. Do vậy, cần thiết phải đưa ra các giải pháp nhằm hạn chế tình trạng trên nhằm tăng cường chất lượng, hiệu quả giải quyết các vụ án ma túy.Từ khóa Bộ luật tố tụng hình sự 2015, ma túy, trả hồ sơ điều tra bổ sung, thiếu chứng cứ, lý lịch bị can.Recently the number of drug cases has increased in terms of its nature and level posing the difficulties and challenges for the Investigating Security Office - Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Procuracy in solving these cases. Due to many objective and subjective causes, the actual situation of coordinate relations between that two units has still confronted with various limitations and inadequacies in which the cases returned for additional investigation because of lack of evidence become more and more popular. As a result, it is vital to propose measures limiting the situation so as to enhance the quality and effectiveness of drug cases settlement.Keywords The Criminal Procedure Code of 2015, drug, return case file for additional investigation, lack of evidence, identity of the accused.
