Tác giả qua phân tích sâu sắc bối cảnh, thực trạng phát triển mô hình gắn kết giữa du lịch bền vững với bảo tồn và phát huy các giá trị di sản văn hóa vật thể và phi vật thể đặc thù của tỉnh Quảng Ninh trong thời gian trước, qua đó đã đề xuất hệ thống các giải pháp phù hợp để phát triển mô hình du lịch văn hóa, du lịch di sản, du lịch nông thôn, du lịch cộng đồng… bền vững gắn kết chặt chẽ với việc bảo tồn và phát huy các giá trị di sản văn hóa vật thể và phi vật thể đặc thù, phát triển sinh kế và giảm nghèo đa chiều bền vững cho đồng bào các dân tộc thiểu số trong xu thế Cách mạng Công nghiệp 4.0 hiện nay.
