Bài vi´ˆet tập trung phân tích thực trạng nguồn cung nguyên liệu cho công nghiệp ch´ˆe bi´ˆen đồ gỗ xuất khẩu của Việt Nam. Bằng phương pháp phân tích các dữ liệu thống kê và dự báo, nghiên cứu phân tích về nhu cầu gỗ nguyên liệu cho sản xuất đồ gỗ xuất khẩu của Việt Nam, nguồn cung nguyên liệu gỗ nội địa, nguồn nguyên liệu gỗ nhập khẩu và xuất xứ nguồn gỗ nguyên liệu. K´ˆet quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng (i) nhu cầu nguồn nguyên liệu gỗ sẽ ti´ˆep tục tăng mạnh trong thời gian tới
(ii) nguồn nguyên liệu gỗ nội địa từ rừng trồng của Việt Nam chưa thể đáp ứng được nhu cầu do chất lượng kém và sản lượng khai thác thấp
(iii) mặc dù chưa thể đáp ứng nhu cầu nhưng khả năng cung ứng nguồn nguyên liệu trong nước đã ngày càng được cải thiện tốt hơn
(iv) các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đã ngày càng chú trọng nguồn nguyên liệu có nguồn gốc hợp pháp. Với những thực trạng được phân tích, một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao khả năng đảm bảo nguồn nguyên liệu cho sản xuất đồ gỗ trong thời gian tới là (i) thực hiện dự báo nhu cầu gỗ nguyên một cách bài bản, khoa học và chi ti´ˆet
(ii) xây dựng những chính sách rõ ràng hơn về trồng rừng, khai thác và sử dụng triệt để phần nguyên liệu nội địa
(iii) xây dựng cổng thông tin về nguyên liệu gỗ
(iv) đẩy mạnh thực hiện liên k´ˆet cung cấp nguyên liệu – sản xuất thành phẩm.The paper focuses on analyzing the practice of raw material supply for the export furniture manufacturing industry in Vietnam. Using statistical data and forecasting methods, we evaluate the demand for wood materials for the export furniture manufacturing industry in Vietnam, the supplies of domestic and imported wood materials as well as their origin. The results show that (i) there will be a strong increase in the demand for wood materials in the coming years
(ii) the domestic supply from the planted forests in Vietnam is yet to meet the demand due to their poor quality and small quantity
(iii) despite that, the domestic raw materials have been improved recently
(iv) the Vietnamese enterprises show a greater concern about the origin of wood materials. From these findings, we suggested some solutions to ensure the supply of wood materials in the coming years as follows (i) adopting detailed, systematic and scientific methods for forecasting the supply of wood materials
(ii) developing clearer policies on afforestation, exploitation and use of domestic wood materials
(iii) building a portal for the wood materials
and (iv) promoting the links between the suppliers of raw wood materials and the furniture producers.
