Bài viết tìm hiểu thực trạng chi ngân sách nhà nước (NSNN) của Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2007-2017. Kết quả cho thấy quy mô chi NSNN tăng liên tục trong 10 năm qua, tuy nhiên, tốc độ tăng chi NSNN có xu hướng giảm. Bội chi ngân sách và tình trạng nợ công so với GDP liên tục duy trì ở mức cao. Số liệu phân tích cũng chỉ ra tỷ trọng chi thường xuyên có xu hướng tăng và tỷ trọng chi đầu tư có xu hướng giảm trong tổng chi NSNN. Chi tiêu cho phát triển con người bao gồm chi cho lĩnh vực y tế, giáo dục và khoa học công nghệ có xu hướng tăng trong những năm gần đây.This study explores the current situation of public spending of Vietnam in the period f-rom 2007 to 2017. The results show that the total state budget expenditure has increased over the past 10 years
however the growth rate of public expenditure has reduced. The state budget deficit and the ratio of public debt to GDP have remained at a high level. The analysis also indicates that there has been an increase in the proportion of recurrent spending in total state budget expenditure. In contrast, the percentage of investment expenditure tends to decrease. Expenditures on health, education and science and technology have risen in recent years.
