Bài viết chỉ ra những dấu hiệu cơ bản để một cá nhân được xác định là người nổi tiếng, qua đó chỉ ra những ưu điểm, hạn chế của pháp luật trong việc bảo vệ quyền nhân thân (BVQNT) của nhóm người này, đồng thời đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm hoàn thiện quy định pháp luật về BVQNT của người nổi tiếng.This paper presented the basic signs for an individual to be identified as a celebrity, thereby pointing out the advantages and limitations of current laws in protecting the moral rights of celebrities. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations were made to improve regulations on moral rights protection for celebrities.
