Effective solid waste management in the industrial sector is crucial for environmental sustainability and the transition to a circular economy in Hanoi. This study analyzed the current industrial solid waste management in the city, identifying key challenges and opportunities. To address these issues, the study proposed specific recommendations for enhancing legal regulations governing the classification, collection, transportation, and treatment of industrial solid waste. Additionally, the study advocated for stricter enforcement mechanisms to deter violations of solid waste management laws in the industrial sector. By implementing these measures, Hanoi can significantly improve its environmental performance and promote sustainable industrial development.Quản lý chất thải rắn trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp là vấn đề quan trọng và cần thiết của thành phố Hà Nội trong những năm gần đây nhằm bảo vệ môi trường và phát triển kinh tế tuần hoàn. Bài viết tập trung phân tích thực trạng quản lý chất thải rắn trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp tại Hà Nội và đưa ra một số giải pháp hoàn thiện pháp luật quản lý chất thải rắn công nghiệp như: hoàn thiện quy định của pháp luật về phân loại, thu gom, vận chuyển, xử lý chất thải rắn công nghiệp
xử lý vi phạm pháp luật quản lý chất thải rắn trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp.
