ngoài ra họ có những đặc điểm tâm lý khác biệt và gặp nhiều rào cản hơn so với những nhóm yếu thế khác trong xã hội... Mặc dù vậy, họ cũng có những thế mạnh, nhu cầu, ước mơ như bất cứ ai. Mục đích của bài viết này sẽ làm rõ và đưa ra các giải pháp hỗ trợ, giải quyết việc làm cho người khuyết tật trong lĩnh vực du lịch ở huyện Thăng Bình, tỉnh Quảng Nam, giúp người khuyết tật vươn lên hoàn cảnh, hòa nhập cộng đồng, để người khuyết tật có thể tiếp cận, nắm bắt cơ hội việc làm, giúp họ có cái nhìn tích cực hơn đối với xã hội, góp phần giảm bớt gánh nặng cho gia đình và xã hội.People with disabilities, though citizens, often encounter significant challenges in areas such as travel, community participation, education, and communication. Their unique psychological characteristics and societal barriers further exacerbate their difficulties. However, they possess inherent strengths, needs, and aspirations akin to any other individual. This study aimed to identify and address the specific employment barriers faced by people with disabilities in the tourism sector of Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province. By providing tailored support and solutions, this study seeks to empower individuals with disabilities to overcome obstacles, integrate into society, and access meaningful employment opportunities. Ultimately, this will foster a more inclusive society, enhance the well-being of people with disabilities, and alleviate the burden on their families and communities.
