Building a smart village model in areas such as digital government, digital economy, and digital society is essential for a rural commune to be recognized as a model of modern rural development. This recognition spans key fields like production, education, culture, tourism, environmental landscape, security, and digital transformation. This study proposes a comprehensive set of criteria for smart new rural villages, consisting of seven content groups, 19 criteria, and 51 indicators. Among these, 10 mandatory indicators are identified: public services, operational management, information and communication, essential services, economic services, safety, community engagement, multi-value production and business, circular production, and ecological production.Xây dựng mô hình thôn (ấp/làng) thông minh ở các lĩnh vực chính quyền số, kinh tế số hoặc xã hội số là điều kiện tiên quyết để được công nhận xã nông thôn mới kiểu mẫu ở các lĩnh vực nổi trội nhất như sản xuất, giáo dục, văn hóa, du lịch, cảnh quan môi trường, an ninh trật tự, chuyển đổi số... Nghiên cứu đã đề xuất bộ tiêu chí thôn (ấp/làng) nông thôn mới thông minh bao gồm 7 nhóm nội dung, 19 tiêu chí và 51 chỉ tiêu. Trong đó, có 10 chỉ tiêu bắt buộc là dịch vụ công, điều hành hoạt động, thông tin truyền thông, dịch vụ thiết yếu, dịch vụ kinh tế
