This study investigated the limitations imposed by distribution network capacity on wind power plant (WPP) installation. By analyzing the time-domain response of WPPs to fluctuating wind speeds, the study demonstrated how variable active and reactive power injection can lead to excessive voltage fluctuations and increased network losses. The study assessed the impact of WPP connection on line thermal limits, bus voltage deviations, and overall network power losses. Through a case study of a real WPP site, the study quantified the potential energy production and identified the constraints imposed by the existing distribution network. The study’s findings highlighted the need for targeted measures to enhance network capacity and enable the full utilization of renewable energy sources.Việc thiếu mạng lưới phân phối được xem là một yếu tố hạn chế đối với việc lắp đặt nhà máy điện gió. Nghiên cứu này đã phân tích phản ứng theo miền thời gian của nhà máy điện gió đối với sự dao động của tốc độ gió. Nghiên cứu đã chứng minh việc thay đổi công suất hoạt động và phản kháng có thể dẫn đến biến động điện áp quá mức, làm tăng tổn thất mạng lưới, sản lượng điện năng tiềm tàng của địa điểm lắp đặt nhà máy điện gió thực tế có liên quan đến khả năng phân phối của mạng lưới xung quanh.
