Bài báo giới thiệu về kết quả phân tích và đề xuất khung kiến trúc tổng thể hệ thống phần mềm của cơ sở dữ liệu (CSDL) phục vụ hoạt động thẩm định giá/định giá công nghệ. Theo đó, việc xác định giá trị của một công nghệ đòi hỏi phải có được những thông tin mang tính hệ thống về công nghệ, về tiến bộ khoa học công nghệ liên quan và về thị trường sản phẩm của công nghệ. Việc xác định giá trị công nghệ không chỉ dừng ở kiến thức về kinh tế, marketing, mà còn phải huy động cả kiến thức về công nghệ và khoa học dự báo, mới xác định được sự phát triển của công nghệ trong tương lai, cũng như những rủi ro trong quá trình thương mại hóa.This study analyzes and proposes a comprehensive software system architecture for a technology valuation database. Effective technology valuation requires a systematic approach to collecting and integrating information about the technology, advancements in related scientific and technological fields, and the corresponding product market. The process extends beyond economic and marketing expertise, necessitating a deep understanding of the technology itself and the use of forecasting techniques to anticipate future developments and assess commercialization risks. The proposed architecture aims to streamline this complex valuation process, offering a robust framework to support informed decision-making in technology management.
