Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 và sự phát triển AI (Artificial Intelligence, nghĩa là trí tuệ nhân tạo) đã mang đến những thay đổi lớn trong sáng tạo nghệ thuật và văn học, với các tác phẩm được tạo ra bởi trí tuệ nhân tạo mà không cần con người can thiệp. Việc bảo hộ quyền tác giả cho các tác phẩm AI trong thời đại số hóa rất quan trọng, nhưng cũng đặt ra thách thức lớn cho hệ thống pháp luật. Dựa trên việc so sánh với khung pháp lý của một số quốc gia, bài viết sẽ rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm và đề xuất giải pháp hoàn thiện pháp luật Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the advancement of artificial intelligence (Al) have brought profound changes to artistic and literary creation, leading to the emergence of works generated by Al without human involvement. Protecting the copyright of Al-generated works in the digital age is essential but presents significant challenges for legal systems. This study compares the legal frameworks of various countries to identify key insights and propose solutions to enhance Vietnam's copyright laws, addressing the evolving landscape of digital transformation and the growing role of Al in creative industries.
