Ngành Năng lượng tái tạo ở Việt Nam có tiềm năng phát triển mạnh mẽ. Để thực hiện các chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước cũng như thực thi Hiệp định EVFTA đối với việc sản xuất năng lượng từ các nguồn tái tạo và bền vững, hệ thống pháp luật Việt Nam cần chặt chẽ và hoàn thiện hơn. Bài viết phân tích các cam kết hướng đến cắt giảm hoặc xóa bỏ nhóm rào cản liên quan đến đầu tư trong EVFTA, đánh giá tình hình thực hiện chung và đưa ra kiến nghị hoàn thiện những quy định pháp luật có liên quan trong lĩnh vực năng lượng tái tạo ở Việt Nam.The renewable energy indusữy in Vietnam has strong development potential. To implement the policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam as well as fulfill the European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement's (EVFTA) commitments on renewable energy, it is necessary for Vietnam to strengthen and improve its legal system. This paper analyzes Vietnam's commitments to reducing or eliminating barriers in accordance with the EVFTA. The paper also evaluated the general implementation and made recommendations to improve Vietnam’s regulations in the renewable energy field.
