Sử dụng thuốc generic để giảm chi phí y tế, là một trong những chiến lược Quốc gia phát triển ngành Dược hiện nay. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm khảo sát kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành của dược sĩ cộng đồng về thuốc generic tại thành phố Biên Hòa - Đồng Nai. Mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên 197 dược sĩ cộng đồng tại Biên Hòa trong tháng 3/2023. Kết quả: 77,7% dược sĩ có Kiến thức “tốt”, 59,9% có Thái độ “tích cực” và 65% có Thực hành "tốt" về generic, cần đẩy mạnh giáo dục và truyền thông, nhằm cung cấp kiến thức về chuyên môn, quản lý và giải quyết các quan niệm sai lầm về thuốc generic.Using generic medicines to reduce medical costs is one of the current national strategies for developing the pharmaceutical industry. This study aimed to survey the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of community pharmacists about generic medicines in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 197 community pharmacists in Bien Hoa city in March 2023. The results showed that 77.7% of surveyed pharmacists had “good” knowledge, 59.9% of them had “positive” attitudes, and 65% of them had “good” practices about generic medicines. It is necessary to strengthen education and transfer information to provide professional and management knowledge, and address misconceptions about generic medicines.
