Bài viết phân tích thực trạng của công tác bảo trì - bảo dưỡng tại Việt Nam nói chung, của ngành công nghiệp in nói riêng. Các phân tích này sẽ giúp cơ quan quản lý, đơn vị đào tạo và doanh nghiệp sản xuất in Việt Nam hiểu và nhận thức rõ ràng về vai trò của công tác bảo trì - bảo dưỡng, từ đó có những giải pháp phù hợp xây dựng nguồn nhân lực đảm bảo cho hệ thống thiết bị in hoạt động ổn định, bền bỉ, đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất xuất khẩu và sử dụng nội địa.This paper analyzed the current maintenance work in Vietnam in general and in Vietnam’s printing industry in particular. These analyzes are expected to help Vietnamese state management agencies, training units, and printing producers clearly understand and perceive the role of maintenance, thereby providing appropriate human resources training solutions to ensure stable and durable operation of the equipment system to meet export and domestic production needs.
