Axit humic giúp cây tăng cường khả năng hấp thu khoáng chất và tăng năng suất cây trồng. Sử dụng phân sinh học Humix key plus để thay thế một phần phân khoáng đến sinh trưởng, năng suất và chất lượng hạt cây kế sữa là hướng nghiên cứu tiềm năng để nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng phân bón. Thí nghiệm gồm 4 công thức, bố trí theo kiểu khối ngẫu nhiên hoàn chỉnh. Theo dõi các chỉ tiêu về sinh trưởng, các yếu tố cấu thành năng suất, năng suất, hàm lượng silymarin và đánh giá hiệu quả kinh tế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, phân sinh học Humix key plus có hiệu lực rõ rệt khi sử dụng để thay thế lượng phân khoáng bón cho cây kế sữa. Bón phân sinh học Humix key plus kết hợp giảm 20% lượng phân khoáng cho số lượng hoa là 7,8 hoa/cây với 58,2 hạt/bông, năng suất hạt cá thể đạt 11,6 g/cây và năng suất hạt thực thu đạt 420,5 kg/ha
