Salary plays an important role for society, firms, and workers, in which the role of reproducing labor power, the role of stimulating production, the role of measuring value, and the role of accumulation are common. Up to now, the state has repeatedly implemented a comprehensive reform of the salary policy to better meet the life needs of workers. The purpose of the article is to learn about and analyze the state's inspection and examination of salary policy implementation in enterprises. Inspect and examine the implementation of salary policies at enterprises to help businesses strictly implement state regulations on wages. Inspect and check to detect violations in the implementation of salary policies and take disciplinary measures to promptly deter businesses from committing violations. On the other hand, inspection and testing also help the state have more information about the labor market. Đến nay, nhà nước đã nhiều lần thực hiện cải cách tổng thể chính sách tiền lương nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu đời sống của người lao động ngày một tốt hơn. Mục đích của bài viết là tìm hiểu và phân tích tình hình thanh tra, kiểm tra của nhà nước về thực hiện chính sách tiền lương trong các doanh nghiệp. Đồng thời, thanh tra, kiểm tra giúp nhà nước có thêm các thông tin về thị trường lao động. Qua đó thấy được những điểm hợp lý, không hợp lý của chính sách, góp phần hoàn thiện chính sách, để chính sách tiền lương của nhà nước đi vào thực tiễn.
