Agriculture is not only a comparative advantage, but an important resource of the country, but also a very important and necessary choice, if we want the country to "take off" soon, the industries, occupations, and How other sectors develop needs and must revolve around this decisive "axis", which is agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Within the framework of this research, the author will summarize the current state of Vietnam's agricultural development over the past time, and study the experiences of some countries around the world, thereby making some recommendations for Vietnam.Nông nghiệp không chỉ là lợi thế so sánh, là nguồn lực quan trọng của quốc gia, mà còn là lựa chọn rất quan trọng và cần thiết, nếu chúng ta muốn đất nước sớm “cất cánh” thì các ngành, nghề, lĩnh vực khác phát triển như thế nào đều cần và phải xoay quanh cái “trục” mang tính quyết định này, đó là nông nghiệp, nông thôn và nông dân. Trong khuôn khổ nghiên cứu này, tác giả sẽ khái quát thực trạng phát triển nông nghiệp của Việt Nam thời gian qua, đồng thời nghiên cứu kinh nghiệm của một số nước trên thế giới, từ đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam.
