Việt Nam đang ngày càng hội nhập sâu, rộng vào đời sống kinh tế quốc tế, nhất là sau khi trở thành thành viên chính thức của Tổ chức Thương mại thế giới WTO. Việc hội nhập đã giúp cho doanh nghiệp Việt Nam được đối xử bình đẳng trên sân chơi quốc tế. Hiện nay các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam nhận thấy có rất nhiều cơ hội đầu tư trực tiếp ra nước ngoài. Bài viết tập trung phân tích kinh nghiệm đầu tư trực tiếp ra nước ngoài của Nhật Bản, Malaixia từ đó khuyến nghị các bài học nhằm thúc đẩy đầu tư trực tiếp ra nước ngoài của các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong bối cảnh hội nhập kinh tế thế giới.Vietnam is increasingly integrating deeply and widely into international economic life, especially after becoming an official member of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Integration has helped Vietnamese businesses be treated equally on the international playing field. Currently, Vietnamese businesses realize there are many opportunities for direct investment abroad. The article focuses on analyzing the direct investment experience abroad of Japan and Malaysia, thereby recommending lessons to promote direct investment abroad of Vietnamese enterprises in the context of economic integration world.
