Chuyển đổi số là quá trình thay đổi tổng thể và toàn diện của cá nhân, tổ chức về cách sống, cách làm việc và phương thức sản xuất dựa trên các công nghệ số. Muốn đẩy nhanh quá trình chuyển đổi số toàn diện thì nhất thiết phải thực hiện chính phủ số, kinh tế số và xã hội số. Hiện nay, vẫn chưa có một khái niệm toàn diện và thống nhất được công nhận chính thức về chuyển đổi số trong các nghiên cứu trên thế giới và Việt Nam. Trong phạm vi bài này sẽ đề cập đến khái niệm, cơ sở chuyển đổi số, những khó khăn, thách thức và khuyến nghị về chuyển đổi số ngành Hải quan trong chương trình chuyển đổi số quốc gia ở Việt Nam.Digital transformation is the process of overall and comprehensive change in lifestyles, ways of working, and manufacturing production based on digital technology of individuals, groups. It is crucial that digital government, digital economy and digital society should be implemented in order to boost the process of digital transformation. Currently, there is not yet a complete, unified notion of digital transformation that is officially recognized in researches all over the world. This article will mention the notion, pursuance, challenges, and make some recommendations for the Customs in the Vietnam national digital transformation programme.
