Environmental accounting has many benefits for socio-economic development and environmental protection. However, the implementation of environmental accounting in practice still faces many shortcomings in many countries around the world, including Vietnam. For Phu Tho province - a locality with many types of enterprises sensitive to the environment such as mining enterprises

wood processing
electronic components production... This article studies and analyzes the factors affecting environmental accounting in enterprises in Phu Tho province. Thereby, it proposes a number of recommendations to increase the application of accounting in enterprises in this province.Kế toán môi trường có nhiều lợi ích đem lại cho sự phát triển kinh tế-xã hội và bảo vệ môi trường. Tuy nhiên, việc thực hiện kế toán môi trường và trong thực tiễn vẫn còn gặp nhiều bất cập ở nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới, trong đó có Việt Nam. Qua đó, đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm tăng cường áp dụng kế toán trong các doanh nghiệp thuộc tỉnh này.
