In the context that the education sector is actively preparing for the renovation of the general education program from 2020, capacity development of teachers to meet the requirements of the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education must be met determining the success of the innovation career. This article has proposed some solutions to develop teachers’ capacity to effectively implement the 2018 general education program in the current period.Trong bối cảnh ngành giáo dục đang tích cực chuẩn bị cho đổi mới chương trình giáo dục phổ thông thì việc phát triển năng lực đội ngũ nhà giáo để đáp ứng yêu cầu của công cuộc đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo có ý nghĩa then chốt, quyết định thành công của sự nghiệp đổi mới. Bài viết này đã đề xuất một số giải pháp phát triển năng lực nhà giáo để thực hiện tốt chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
