In the context of modern society, psychology and psychological counseling are increasingly recognized as an important part of the development and education process of students. However, the current situation of managing psychological counseling activities for students in the lower secondary schools of Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province, is an issue that needs to be examined and improved. This article presents the results of a study on the current state of managing psychological counseling activities for students in lower secondary schools in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province. The surveywas conducted in 05 lower secondary schools in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province, involving 10 administrators, 50 teachers, and 50 students. The survey analyzed various issues related to the management of psychological counseling activities for students in the current period, including goals, content, forms, methods, assessment, and evaluation of the results of psychological counseling activities for students, as well as factors influencing the current state of managing psychological counseling activities for students in lower secondary schools of Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province.Trong bối cảnh xã hội hiện đại, tâm lý học và tư vấn tâm lý ngày càng được nhận thức là một phần quan trọng trong quá trình phát triển và giáo dục của học sinh. Tuy nhiên, thực trạng quản lý hoạt động tư vấn tâm lý cho học sinh tại các trường trung học cơ sở huyện Kim Bảng, tỉnh Hà Nam lại là một vấn đề cần được xem xét và nâng cao. Bài báo trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng quản lý hoạt động tư vấn tâm lý học sinh các trường trung học cơ sở huyện Kim Bảng, tỉnh Hà Nam trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Khảo sát được tiến hành trên 05 trường trung học cơ sở trên địa bàn huyện Kim Bảng, Hà Nam với 10 Cán bộ quản lý
50 giáo viên và 50 học sinh. Nội dung khảo sát phân tích các vấn đề liên quan đến quản lý hoạt động tư vấn tâm lý học sinh trong giai đoạn hiện nay, bao gồm mục tiêu, nội dung, hình thức, phương pháp, kiểm tra và đánh giá kết quả hoạt động tư vấn tâm lý học sinh, cũng như các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thực trạng quản lý hoạt động tư vấn tâm lý học sinh các trường THCS huyện Kim Bảng, tỉnh Hà Nam.
