Bài viết tập trung nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động quản lý thực tập tốt nghiệp của sinh viên các chương trình liên kết đào tạo quốc tế tại Việt Nam, bao gồm: (1) Sự phối hợp giữa hai cơ sở giáo dục đại học (2 ) Sự phối hợp giữa cơ sở giáo dục đại học Việt Nam, cơ sở giáo dục đại học nước ngoài và cơ sở thực tập tốt nghiệp, (3) Kinh nghiệm của giảng viên hướng dẫn, (4) Tinh thần, trách nhiệm của cán bộ hướng dẫn tại cở sở thực tập tốt nghiệp, (5) Nhận thức/thái độ/ năng lực của sinh viên, và (6) Bối cảnh và điều kiện thực tập tốt nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng các yếu tố này đều có tác động tích cực cùng chiều đến hoạt động quản lý thực tập tốt nghiệp của sinh viên các chương trình liên kết đào tạo quốc tế tại Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở kết quả phân tích thực trạng các yếu tố này, bài viết đề xuất sáu nhóm giải pháp tương ứng giúp các bên liên quan quản lý kỳ thực tập tốt nghiệp của sinh viên các chương trình này một cách hiệu quả nhất.This article focuses on researching the influential factors on internship management for students in international collaborative training programs in Vietnam, including: (1) coordination between two universities, (2) collaboration among Vietnamese universities, foreign universities, and internship institutions, (3) the experience of supervising lecturers, (4) dedication and responsibility of internship supervisors, (5) students’ awareness, attitudes, and abilities, and (6) the context and conditions of internships. The research results indicate that all these factors have a positive impact on the internship management activities for students in international collaborative training programs in Vietnam. Based on the analysis of the current situation of these factors, the article proposes six corresponding solutions to help relevant parties effectively manage the internship periods for students in these programs.
