Bài viết phân tích vai trò, xu hướng và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới ứng dụng công nghệ trong quản lý và vận hành kho hàng (QLVHKH) của các doanh nghiệp (DN) logistics Việt Nam. Đồng thời, trên cơ sở thực tế trong QLVHKH của các DN logistics hiện nay, bài viết phân tích kết quả đạt được và những tồn tại trong việc ứng dụnỊỊ công nghệ vào QLVHKH của DN logistics Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở đó, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm tăng cường ứng dụng công nghệ vào QLVHKH hiệu quả của các DN logistics Việt Nam.The article analyzes the role, trends, and factors affecting the application of technology in warehouse management and operation of Vietnamese logistics enterprises. At the same time, based on the reality of warehouse management and operation of logistics enterprises today, the article analyzes the results achieved and the shortcomings in the application of technology in warehouse management and operation of Vietnamese logistics enterprises. On that basis, the author proposes several solutions to enhance the application of technology in effective warehouse management and operation of Vietnamese logistics enterprises.
