Sử dụng phương pháp chọn mẫu ngẫu nhiên phân tầng đế thu thập thông tin sơ cấp, nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng, việc ứng dụng chuyển đối số trong quản lý doanh nghiệp tại Công ty TNHH MTV 76 tuy đã đạt một số kết quả đáng ghi nhận, nhưng vẫn còn tồn tại nhiều hạn chế. Nguyên nhân xuất phát từ những khó khăn, như: thiếu nguồn lực đầu tư cho việc nâng cấp cơ sở hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin, trình độ và nhận thức của người lao động về chuyến đôi số còn hạn chế. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, nhóm tác giả đưa ra khuyến nghị nhằm thúc đẩy chuyển đối số trong quản lý doanh nghiệp tại Công ty trong thời gian tới.The study uses the stratified random sampling method to collect primary information. The result shows that although the application of digital transformation in business management at the 76 One Member Limited Liability Company has achieved several remarkable results, there are still many limitations. The reasons stem from difficulties such as a lack of investment resources for upgrading information technology infrastructure and employees ’ limited level and awareness about digital transformation. Based on the research results, the authors make recommendations to promote digital transformation in business management at the Company in the coming time.
