Thông qua các nghiên cứu trong và ngoài nước, nghiên cứu đề xuất mô hình nghiên cứu các nhân tố tác động đến Năng lực cạnh tranh (NLCT) đội tàu biển quốc gia (ĐTBQG), trong đó, biến độc lập gồm: (ỉ) Nhân tố thuộc các doanh nghiệp (DN) vận tải biển (VTB)
(ii) Nhân tố điều kiện nhu cầu thị trường dịch vụ VTB
(iii) Nhân tố điều kiện đầu vào sản xuất
(iv) Nhân tố ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ (CNHT) và liên quan
(v) Nhân tố cơ hội phát triển kinh tế
(vi) Nhân tố quản lý nhà nước đối với VTB. Nghiên cứu cũng thảo luận về lựa chọn dữ liệu và phương pháp phân tích, đề xuất hướng nghiên cứu thực nghiệm để đảm bảo hiệu suất phân tích tối ưu của mô hình, theo đó, hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo là kiểm định các nhân tổ ảnh hưởng đến NLCT ĐTBQG.Through domestic and foreign studies, the study proposes a research model of factors affecting the competitiveness of the national shipping fleet, in which the independent variables include (i) Factors belonging to maritime transport enterprises, (ii) Factors of market demand conditions for maritime transport services, (iii) Factors of production input conditions, (iv) Factors of supporting and related industries, (v) Factors of economic development opportunities, (vi) Factors of state management of maritime transport. The study also discusses the selection of data and analysis methods and proposes empirical research directions to ensure optimal analytical performance of the model. The coming research direction is to test the factors affecting the competitiveness of the national shipping fleet.
