Công tác giảm nghèo bền vững (GNBV) của huyện Con Cuông, tỉnh Nghệ An giai đoạn 2021-2023 được thực hiện theo chiến lược tập trung đầu tư vào con người, nâng cao năng lực cho người nghèo. Tuy nhiên, hiệu quả GNBV trên địa bàn Huyện chưa cao, do còn dàn trải và thiểu sự gắn kết. Bài viết trên cơ sở phản tích thực trạng và làm rõ những vấn đề tồn tại để đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm thực hiện có hiệu quả mục tiêu giảm nghèo đa chiều, bao trùm, bền vững trên địa bàn huyện Con Cuông trong thời gian tới.The sustainable poverty reduction of Con Cuong District, Nghe An Province in 2021-2023 was carried out according to the strategy of focusing on investing in people and improving the capacity of the Poor. However, the effectiveness of sustainable poverty reduction in the district is not high due to the spread and lack of cohesion. The article analyzes the current situation and clarifies existing problems to propose solutions to effectively implement the goal of multidimensional, inclusive, and sustainable poverty reduction in the Con Cuong District in the coming time.
