Chuyển đổi kép - chuyển đổi số song hành cùng chuyến đối xanh là xu thế tất yếu, là tiến trình chuyển đổi mang tính khách quan trong phát triển kinh tế. Trong bối cảnh đẩy mạnh ứng dụng thành tựu của Cách mạng công nghiệp (CMCN) 4.0 và hội nhập quốc tế sâu, rộng, kinh tế Việt Nam đang bắt nhịp và chuyển đổi nhanh theo hướng chuyển đối kép trên nhiều phương diện. Bài viết tổng quan thực trạng chính sách thúc đẩy chuyển đổi kép ở Việt Nam, từ đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị nhằm phát triển kinh tế - xã hội ở Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyến đối kép trong thời gian tới.Dual transformation - digital transformation in parallel with green transformation is an inevitable trend, an objective transformation process in economic development. In promoting the application of achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and intensely and widely integrated with the international economy, Vietnam’s economy is catching up and rapidly transforming towards dual transformation in many aspects. The article summarizes the current situation of policies promoting dual transformation in Vietnam, thereby making some recommendations for socio-economic development in Vietnam in the context of dual transformation in the coming time.
