In recent times, Vietnam's marine economy has made enormous contributions and become a crucial driving force for the country’s economic development. However, the overexploitation and overuse of marine resources have caused serious consequences for the marine ecological environment. This article analyzes the current situation of marine economic development in recent times and points out the limitations and obstacles, thereby proposing several solutions to develop the marine economy in a sustainable direction in the coming time.Thời gian qua, kinh tế biển Việt Nam có đóng góp to lớn và trở thành động lực quan trọng để phát triển kinh tế đất nước. Tuy nhiên, việc khai thác, sử dụng quá mức tài nguyên biển đã gây ra những hậu quả nghiêm trọng tới môi trường sinh thái biển. Bài viết phân tích thực trạng phát triển kinh tế biển thời gian qua và chỉ ra những hạn chế vướng mắc, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm đưa kinh tế biển phát triển theo hướng bền vững thời gian tới.
